    Overview

Analytics+ is the advanced reporting suite in Reapit Sales. It sits alongside the standard reports and adds interactive dashboards, trend analysis and side-by-side agent comparisons. This article covers:

    • Accessing Analytics+
    • The core report set
    • Filtering and date ranges
    • Exporting and scheduling reports

    Accessing Analytics+

    1. Navigate to Reports from the left-hand menu.
    2. Select the Analytics+ tab. If the tab is not visible, Analytics+ is not enabled on your subscription — contact your account manager to add it.
    3. Reports open in an interactive viewer. Charts respond to clicks, so selecting a bar or segment drills into the underlying records.

    Core reports

Analytics+ ships with the following report groups:

    1. Sales performance — settled sales, gross commission and average sale price, trended by month with year-on-year comparison.
    2. Listing pipeline — appraisals conducted, listings won and conversion rates per agent, so you can see where the pipeline narrows.
    3. Lead sources — enquiries and settled sales grouped by originating source, showing which channels produce actual results rather than just enquiry volume.
    4. Days on market — median time from listing to unconditional across suburbs, price bands and agents.
    5. Agent comparison — a side-by-side view of any two or more agents across the metrics above.

Tip: Every figure in an Analytics+ chart can be clicked to show the contributing listings or contacts, which makes it easy to verify a number that looks unexpected.

    Filtering and date ranges

    1. Use the filter bar at the top of any report to restrict by office, agent, suburb or property type.
    2. Select the date range picker to choose a preset (This quarter, Last 12 months) or a custom range.
    3. Filters apply across every chart on the current report and are remembered for your next visit.

    Exporting and scheduling

    1. Select Export in the top-right corner of a report to download it as PDF or CSV.
    2. To receive a report automatically, select Schedule, choose the frequency and recipients, and select Save. Scheduled reports are emailed as PDF attachments.
