Agentbox and Move Me In Integration

How to connect Reapit Sales (formerly Agentbox) to Move Me In so buyers are offered utility connections automatically.

    Reapit SalesUpdated 2026-03-05

    Overview

Move Me In is Reapit's independent utility connection service. When connected to Reapit Sales — formerly known as Agentbox — buyer details can be referred to Move Me In automatically at unconditional or settlement, so purchasers are contacted about electricity, gas and internet connections without any manual data entry. This article covers:

    • Enabling the integration
    • Choosing when referrals are sent
    • What buyers experience
    • Tracking referral status

    Enabling the integration

    1. Navigate to Settings › Integrations.
    2. Locate Move Me In in the integrations list and select Connect.
    3. Enter the agency ID provided by the Move Me In onboarding team. If you do not have one, select Register interest and the team will contact you.
    4. Select Save. The integration status changes to Active.

Note: The integration is configured per office. Multi-office agencies repeat these steps for each office that wants to send referrals.

    Choosing when referrals are sent

    1. Within the Move Me In integration settings, choose the trigger point:
      • Unconditional — the referral is sent when the sale is marked unconditional
      • Settlement — the referral is sent when settlement is recorded
    2. Choose whether buyers must opt in on the sales advice, or are referred by default with the ability to opt out.
    3. Select Save.

    What buyers experience

    1. When the trigger point is reached, the buyer's name, contact details and new property address are sent securely to Move Me In.
    2. Move Me In contacts the buyer by phone and SMS to arrange connections for their move-in date.
    3. The service is free for the buyer and for your agency — Move Me In is paid by the utility providers.

    Tracking referral status

    1. Open a listing and select the Integrations tab to see the referral status: Sent, In progress, Connected or Declined.
    2. A summary of all referrals for the office is available under Reports › Integrations › Move Me In, including connection counts by month.

Tip: If a referral shows as Sent but the buyer has not been contacted within two business days, check that the buyer's mobile number on the contact record is current.
