Searching For Listings
How to find listings in Reapit Sales using quick search, advanced filters and saved searches.
Overview
Reapit Sales offers several ways to locate a listing, from a quick address lookup to detailed multi-criteria searches you can save and reuse. This article covers:
- Quick search from any screen
- Using the advanced listing search
- Saving and reusing searches
Quick search
- Select the search bar at the top of any screen, or press / on your keyboard.
- Start typing an address, listing ID, or vendor name.
- Matching listings, contacts and properties appear as you type. Select a result to open the record.
Tip: Quick search matches partial street names, so "12 Smi" finds 12 Smith Street. Include the suburb if the address is common across your area.
Advanced listing search
- Navigate to Listings from the left-hand menu.
- Select Advanced search above the listing grid.
- Set your criteria, for example:
- Status — Appraisal, Available, Under Offer, Sold, Withdrawn
- Price range, bedrooms, bathrooms and car spaces
- Suburb or region — enter multiple suburbs separated by commas
- Listing agent and listing date range
- Select Search. Results appear in the grid and can be sorted by any column.
- Use Export to download the results as a CSV, or Print list for a formatted stock list.
Saving and reusing searches
- Run an advanced search with the criteria you want to keep.
- Select Save search above the results.
- Give the search a name, for example "Available 3+ bed under $900k".
- Saved searches appear in the Saved dropdown on the Listings screen. Select one to re-run it with a single click.
Note: Saved searches store criteria, not results. Each time you run one it returns the current matching listings, so counts change as stock moves.
