    Overview

This article answers the questions most frequently asked by offices managing a Reapit Websites site. For step-by-step guides, see the related articles at the end of this page.

How do my listings get onto the website?

Listings feed automatically from Reapit Sales and Reapit PM. When a listing is published to portals, it appears on your website within the same feed cycle — typically within 15 minutes. There is nothing to upload manually.

A listing is showing the wrong details. Where do I fix it?

Always fix listing details in the source system (Reapit Sales or Reapit PM), not on the website. The website mirrors the CRM, so any change made at the source flows through automatically on the next feed.

Why can't I install a plugin or change the theme?

Plugin and theme management is handled by the Reapit Websites team so that every site stays secure, fast and supported. If you need functionality a plugin would provide, raise a request with support and the team will advise on a supported option.

Can I edit the website on my phone?

Yes — the admin dashboard works in mobile browsers, and posts are practical to publish from a phone. For homepage editing in the Swell editor, a desktop browser is strongly recommended.

How do I add a new team member to the website?

Staff profiles feed from your CRM where the integration is enabled; add the team member there and their profile appears automatically. If your site uses manually managed profiles, edit the Team page under Pages instead.

Who do I contact if the website is down?

Check with a colleague on a different network first to rule out a local internet issue. If the site is down for everyone, contact Reapit support — website hosting is monitored, and the team is usually already aware and working on it.

Can I get a copy of my website?

Yes. Site export requests can be raised through support. Note that listing data is not included, as it belongs to the CRM feed rather than the website itself.
