    Overview

This article is an orientation for property managers who are new to Reapit PM. It covers:

    • Logging in for the first time
    • Finding your way around the main navigation
    • The screens you will use every day
    • Where to get help

Logging in for the first time

    1. Open the invitation email from Reapit Connect and select Accept invitation.
    2. Create your password and set up multi-factor authentication when prompted.
    3. Log in at your agency's Reapit PM URL using your Reapit Connect credentials.
    4. On first login, choose your default office if your agency has more than one.

Note: If you did not receive an invitation email, ask your administrator to check your user record under Settings › Users, then check your spam folder before requesting a resend.

    Main navigation

The left-hand menu is organised around the records you manage:

    1. Properties — every managed property, with tenancy, owner and maintenance history in one place.
    2. People — owners, tenants and suppliers.
    3. Inspections — the inspection calendar and reports.
    4. Maintenance — requests, quotes and work orders.
    5. Trust — receipting, payments and reconciliation.
    6. Tasks — your personal task list, populated from every module.

Screens you will use every day

    1. Start each day on the Dashboard, which shows arrears, expiring leases, overdue inspections and outstanding maintenance for your portfolio.
    2. Use the global search at the top of the screen to jump to any property, tenant or owner by name or address.
    3. Work through Tasks, which consolidates follow-ups from inspections, maintenance and arrears into one list.

Tip: Select the star icon on any screen to pin it to your favourites bar for one-click access.

    Where to get help

    1. Select the ? icon in the top-right corner for context-sensitive help on the current screen.
    2. Search this help centre for step-by-step guides on each module.
    3. For issues you cannot resolve, raise a support ticket via Help › Contact support — include the property or record ID where possible.
