    Overview

Reapit Proposals ships with six templates covering the most common sales and property management scenarios. All templates apply your office branding automatically and pull property and comparable data from your CRM. This article describes each template and when to use it.

    Sales templates

    Pre-listing Kit

Sent before the listing appointment. Introduces the agent and agency, sets out your process and marketing approach, and includes light market context without a price opinion. Use it to arrive at the appointment with credibility already established.

    Sales Proposal

The full listing pitch. Includes the agent profile, marketing schedule, campaign calendar, comparable sales, price recommendation and fees. Use it as the follow-up to a listing appointment, or as the appointment document itself.

    Price Update

A short template for properties already on the market. Presents recent buyer feedback, updated comparable sales and a revised price recommendation. Use it to support a price adjustment conversation with the vendor partway through a campaign.

    Property management templates

    Property Management Proposal

The management pitch for a prospective landlord. Covers your PM team, services, fees, rental appraisal and comparable rentals. Use it for new managements and for winning managements from competitors.

    Lease Renewal CMA

A comparable market analysis for an upcoming lease renewal. Presents current rental comparables and a recommended renewal rent. Use it to justify rent increases to landlords, or as evidence in renewal negotiations with tenants.

    General

    General Proposal

A flexible template with a minimal page set — cover letter, agency profile and free-form content pages. Use it for anything the specific templates don't cover, such as project marketing pitches or commercial opportunities.

    Choosing between templates

    1. Match the template to the decision the recipient is making — listing with you, adjusting price, renewing a lease — rather than to the property type.
    2. When in doubt between the Pre-listing Kit and Sales Proposal, send the Pre-listing Kit before the appointment and the Sales Proposal after it.
    3. Every template's pages can be hidden or reordered per proposal, so start from the closest template rather than building from the General Proposal.

Tip: Your administrator can save office-level defaults — fees, standard marketing schedules and preferred page order — against each template, so proposals start 90% complete.
