    Move Me In Integration

How to connect Move Me In to Reapit PM and Reapit Sales so referrals are sent automatically.

    Move Me InUpdated 2026-07-02

    Overview

Move Me In integrates with Reapit PM and Reapit Sales so that new tenancies and sales are referred automatically, without your team re-keying customer details. This article covers:

    • How the integration works
    • Enabling the integration in Reapit PM
    • Enabling the integration in Reapit Sales
    • Excluding a customer from referral

    How the integration works

Once enabled, a referral is sent to Move Me In automatically when:

    • a tenancy is set to Approved or Signed in Reapit PM, or
    • a sale reaches Unconditional in Reapit Sales.

The referral includes the customer's name, mobile number, email address, the property address and the expected move-in date. No trust accounting or financial data is sent.

Enabling the integration in Reapit PM

    1. Sign in to Reapit PM as a user with administrator access.
    2. Navigate to Settings › Integrations.
    3. Find Move Me In in the integrations list and select Connect.
    4. Enter the office ID provided in your Move Me In welcome email.
    5. Choose the trigger point — Tenancy approved or Lease signed — and select Save.

Tip: Most offices choose Tenancy approved so customers are contacted before moving day, when connection lead times matter most.

Enabling the integration in Reapit Sales

    1. Sign in to Reapit Sales as an administrator.
    2. Navigate to Admin › Integrations › Move Me In.
    3. Select Enable, then enter the same office ID used for PM.
    4. Confirm the referral trigger (Unconditional is recommended) and select Save.

    Excluding a customer from referral

If a customer asks not to be referred:

    1. Open the tenancy or sale record before it reaches the trigger status.
    2. Tick Exclude from Move Me In on the record's details tab.
    3. The exclusion is logged with your user name and the record is skipped when the trigger status is reached.

Note: Exclusions apply per record, not per contact. A returning customer on a new tenancy will be referred again unless excluded on the new record.
