    Viewing your Connections

How to view, search and filter the connections referred from your office in the Move Me In portal.

    Move Me InUpdated 2026-05-12

    Overview

The Connections screen in the Move Me In portal shows every tenant and purchaser your office has referred, along with the status of each utility connection. This article covers:

    • Opening the Connections screen
    • Understanding connection statuses
    • Searching and filtering your connections
    • Exporting your connection list

    Opening the Connections screen

    1. Sign in to the Move Me In portal at the address provided by your account manager.
    2. Select Connections from the top navigation bar.
    3. The list defaults to connections referred in the last 30 days, most recent first.

    Understanding connection statuses

Each referral moves through the following statuses:

    • Received — the referral has arrived from your office but the customer has not yet been contacted.
    • In progress — Move Me In has contacted the customer and connections are being arranged.
    • Connected — at least one service has been successfully connected at the property.
    • Declined — the customer chose not to proceed with any services.
    • Uncontactable — the customer could not be reached after multiple attempts.

Note: A referral showing Declined or Uncontactable still counts as a completed referral for your office's referral obligations, as the customer was offered the service.

    Searching and filtering your connections

    1. Use the search box to find a connection by customer name, property address or reference number.
    2. Select the filter icon to narrow the list by status, referral date range, property manager or agent.
    3. Combined filters are useful for questions such as "all In progress connections referred by one property manager this month".

    Exporting your connection list

    1. Apply any filters you want reflected in the export.
    2. Select Export in the top-right corner of the Connections screen.
    3. Choose CSV or Excel. The file downloads immediately and includes the status, referral date and connected services for each record.

Tip: Export at the start of each month to reconcile connections against the referral report your office receives by email.
