Getting Started as a New User with Reapit Connect

Overview

Reapit Connect is the single sign-on service for all Reapit products — one email address and password gives you access to everything your office has licensed. This article covers:

• Activating your account
• Setting your password
• Setting up multi-factor authentication
• Signing in to your products

Activating your account

1. Your administrator creates your account, which triggers an invitation email from Reapit Connect. Check your junk folder if it hasn't arrived within a few minutes.
2. Select Activate account in the email. The link is valid for 7 days — if it has expired, ask your administrator to resend the invitation.
3. Confirm your name and email address on the activation screen.

Setting your password

1. Choose a password of at least 12 characters. A passphrase of several unrelated words is both strong and easy to remember.
2. Passwords cannot reuse your name or email address, and known breached passwords are rejected.
3. Select Set password. Your account is now active.

Tip: Use a password manager if your office provides one. You only need to remember one password for all Reapit products, so make it a good one.

Setting up multi-factor authentication

If your office requires multi-factor authentication (MFA), you are prompted to set it up on first sign-in:

1. Install an authenticator app on your phone, such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.
2. Scan the QR code shown on screen with the app.
3. Enter the 6-digit code the app displays and select Verify.
4. Save the recovery codes shown next somewhere safe — they let you sign in if you lose your phone.

Signing in to your products

1. Go to your product's sign-in page and select Sign in with Reapit Connect, or sign in at the Reapit Connect portal to see tiles for every product you can access.
2. Enter your email address, password and (if enabled) your MFA code.
3. You stay signed in across Reapit products in the same browser — signing in to one signs you in to all of them.

Note: If a product tile you expect is missing, your administrator needs to grant you access to that product — see your office's Master User.
