    Placing and Tracking an Order

How to place a Content+ order for a listing, track its progress and review the delivered content.

    Content+Updated 2026-05-28

    Overview

This article walks through placing a Content+ order from a listing and tracking it through to delivery. It covers:

    • Placing an order
    • Booking photography
    • Tracking order progress
    • Reviewing and approving delivered content

    Placing an order

    1. Open the listing in your CRM and select Marketing › Content+.
    2. Select + New Order and tick the services you need — for example, copywriting, photography and a floor plan.
    3. For copywriting, complete the property brief: key features, recent improvements, the target buyer and anything that must be mentioned or avoided.
    4. Review the itemised price and turnaround for each service, then select Place order. A confirmation email is sent with the order number.

Tip: The brief is the single biggest factor in copy quality. Two minutes of dot points about what makes the property special beats a blank brief every time.

    Booking photography

    If your order includes photography:

    1. Choose a preferred date and time from the provider's available slots shown at checkout.
    2. Enter access details — key collection, lockbox code or the contact meeting the photographer.
    3. For tenanted properties, confirm the required entry notice has been issued before the booking date.
    4. The provider confirms the booking by email, and any weather-affected dusk or drone shoots are rescheduled automatically.

    Tracking order progress

    1. Open Marketing › Content+ on the listing, or select Content+ Orders from the main menu to see all orders for your office.
    2. Each line item shows its status: Ordered, Booked, In production, Ready for review or Delivered.
    3. Select an item to see its history and expected delivery date, or to message the Content+ team about the order.

    Reviewing and approving delivered content

    1. When copy reaches Ready for review, open it and read the draft in full.
    2. Select Approve to finalise it, or Request changes and note what to adjust — one revision round is included.
    3. Approved copy can be inserted into the listing description with one click; photos and floor plans are already in the listing's media library.

Note: Content not actioned within 14 days of delivery is auto-approved so campaigns are not held up. You'll receive a reminder email before this happens.
