Getting Started with Content+

Overview

Content+ is Reapit's done-for-you listing content service. Order professional copywriting, photography, floor plans and video for a listing, and the finished content is delivered back ready to publish. This article covers:

What Content+ provides

• Listing copywriting — headline and body copy written by professional real estate copywriters from your property notes and photos.
• Photography — professional photography booked with a local provider, including dusk and drone options.
• Floor plans — measured floor plans produced from the photography visit or from your own measurements.
• Video — walkthrough and social-format video for premium campaigns.

Accessing Content+

1. Content+ is accessed from within your CRM. In Reapit Sales, open a listing and select Marketing › Content+.
2. On first use, confirm your office's billing details — orders are invoiced to the office monthly, or on-charged to the vendor where your agency's VPA process supports it.
3. The Content+ panel shows the services available in your area and current turnaround times.

Note: Photography and video availability depends on provider coverage in your area. Copywriting and floor plan redraws are available everywhere.

What you need before your first order

For the fastest turnaround, have these ready before ordering:

1. Property access details — for photography bookings, who will provide access and any tenant notice requirements.
2. Property notes — for copywriting, your bullet points on features, recent improvements and the target buyer. Better notes produce better copy.
3. Campaign dates — the date you plan to launch, so deadlines can be set realistically.

How delivery works

1. You are notified by email as each item is completed.
2. Copy is delivered as a draft for your review — you can accept it or request one round of changes, which is included in the price.
3. Photos, floor plans and video are delivered straight into the listing's media library, ready to publish to portals.

Tip: Order copywriting and photography together. The copywriter works from the professional photos, which consistently produces stronger copy than notes alone.
